武漢精鼎科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱公司）是具有冶金行業(yè)（金屬冶煉工程）專業(yè)工程設(shè)計乙級資質(zhì)，冶金工程施工總承包一級資質(zhì)、爐窯工程專業(yè)承包一級資質(zhì)，同時具有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程、防水防腐保溫工程專業(yè)承包資質(zhì)的綜合性企業(yè)。公司前身為武漢鋼鐵集團(tuán)精鼎工業(yè)爐有限責(zé)任公司， 2016年9月由武漢鋼鐵集團(tuán)精鼎工業(yè)爐有限責(zé)任公司改制而成。
主營業(yè)務(wù)：工業(yè)爐設(shè)計總包；冶金熱工設(shè)備維修保產(chǎn)服務(wù)；工業(yè)爐窯施工總承包；爐窯工程專業(yè)承包；熱工設(shè)備制造；與爐窯相關(guān)的土建、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)電設(shè)備、管道、自控、防腐、保溫工程承包。
公司注冊資本4560萬元，現(xiàn)有各類員工1650余人，專業(yè)技術(shù)人員120余人，其中一級建造師、工程師、高級工程師及教授級高級工程師60余人，擁有大中型專業(yè)施工機(jī)械和設(shè)備300余臺套。

Wuhan JingDing Technology Co.,LTD ( hereinafter "the Company") is a professional comprehensive enterprise with class B certification of engineering design in metallurgy field, first-class qualified General Contractor for metallurgical engineering, first-class qualified Contractor in furnace engineering, and qualified Contractor in steel structure engineering, water resistance engineering, anti-corrosive engineering and heat preservation engineering. The company formerly known as Jingding Industry Furnace Engineering Company of WISCO, and eventually finished the reform in September, 2016.
Main business:General contracting of metallurgical furnace design; On-line maintenance for metallurgical thermal equipment; General contractor for construction of industrial furnaces; Contractor for kiln engineering; Thermal equipment manufacturing; Contractor for construction, steel structure, electromechanical equipment, pipe-work, automatic control, anti-corrosion and thermal insulating engineering which related to the industry furnace and kiln.
The registered capital of the company is 45.6million RMB. There are more than 1,650 employees and 120 technical personnel, including approximate 60first-grade registered constructors, engineers, senior engineers and professorial senior engineers. The company has almost 300 sets of specialized construction machineries and equipments.
Regarding as "high-tech enterprise" in Hubei Province, the company has powerful strength in the field of industrial furnace design, construction, maintenance and overhaul .It has established a complete quality management system and got the certification of ISO9001.
